These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Nasem website and all purchases made through nasem.ae. By accessing our website or placing an order with Nasem, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms set out below.
- General
Nasem reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect once published on our website.
Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Product Information
We take care to present our fabrics, colours, prints, measurements and product descriptions as accurately as possible.
Please note that colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and the device being used. Minor variations between digital imagery and the physical fabric are therefore not considered defects.
Where relevant, measurements and specifications are approximate and may be subject to minor manufacturing tolerances.
- Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Although we make every reasonable effort to maintain accurate stock information, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed. In such circumstances, Nasem reserves the right to contact the customer regarding the order and provide the available options.
- Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and an order confirmation has been issued.
Nasem reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues or stock discrepancies.
- Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are stated in UAE Dirhams unless otherwise indicated.
Nasem reserves the right to amend product prices at any time without prior notice. Any price alteration will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
- Backorders & Pre-Orders
Certain designs may be made available for purchase on a backorder or pre-order basis.
The usual estimated fulfilment period for backordered products is approximately one to two weeks.
While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, production, printing, shipment or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally result in a longer waiting period.
In exceptional circumstances, fulfilment may take up to approximately three weeks.
Backorder and pre-order dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. By purchasing a backordered or pre-ordered item, the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicable waiting period.
- Shipping & Delivery
Nasem offers delivery within the UAE and international shipping to selected destinations.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and commence once an order is ready for dispatch.
Nasem cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from courier services, customs procedures, adverse weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Final Sale — No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made through Nasem are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges, including for change of mind, incorrect selection, colour preference, delayed tailoring requirements or any other personal circumstance.
Customers are therefore kindly asked to review the product description, quantity, colour and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
This policy does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE consumer protection legislation.
- Incorrect or Defective Items
Every Nasem order is checked before dispatch.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly after receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the item, packaging and order information.
Claims will be reviewed individually.
A variation in colour caused by photography, lighting, screen display or the characteristics of textile printing will not ordinarily be considered a manufacturing defect.
- Order Amendments & Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.
Orders that have entered preparation, processing, production or dispatch cannot be cancelled.
Backordered and pre-ordered products are also considered confirmed purchases once the order has been placed.
- Intellectual Property
All Nasem designs, prints, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, written content, branding and other creative material appearing on the website are owned by or licensed to Nasem and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative products without prior written permission from Nasem.
The purchase of Nasem fabric does not transfer ownership of the underlying print, artwork or intellectual property rights.
- Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Nasem website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or use its content for unlawful or unauthorised commercial purposes.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nasem shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website, products or third-party delivery services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion would be prohibited by law.
- Force Majeure
Nasem will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an obligation caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including interruptions to transportation, manufacturing, printing, customs clearance, severe weather, governmental action or other unforeseen events.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or a purchase made through Nasem shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping, Returns & Backorder Policy
At Nasem, every order is prepared with care. We ask customers to review the following information before completing a purchase.
In-Stock Orders
Orders for available stock are prepared for dispatch as promptly as possible.
Estimated delivery times shown or communicated by Nasem are provided as guidance and may vary according to destination, order volume, public holidays and courier operations.
Backorders & Pre-Orders
Selected Nasem designs may occasionally be offered on backorder or pre-order.
Our standard estimated waiting period is approximately one to two weeks.
On rare occasions, circumstances relating to production, printing, international transportation, customs clearance or other factors outside our reasonable control may extend this period to approximately three weeks.
We always endeavour to fulfil backorders as quickly as possible; however, all stated backorder dates remain estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.
By placing an order for a backordered or pre-ordered product, you acknowledge and accept the applicable waiting period.
UAE Delivery
Delivery times within the UAE commence once an order has been dispatched.
Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Nasem’s direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
International Delivery
Nasem ships internationally to selected destinations.
International delivery times vary according to destination and customs procedures.
Any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout.
Final Sale
All Nasem purchases are final sale.

Colour & Print Representation
We make every effort to photograph and display our fabrics accurately.
However, the appearance of colour may vary between devices and screens, and subtle differences may occur as a natural part of textile printing.
Such variations do not constitute a defect.
Incorrect or Defective Orders
If an incorrect product has been supplied or you believe your item has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact Nasem promptly after delivery with your order information and clear photographs.
Each case will be assessed individually in accordance with applicable UAE law.
Delays
While every effort is made to fulfil and deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Nasem cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, production interruptions, weather, public holidays or circumstances otherwise outside our reasonable control.
